your group? Welcome to The Community Builder Mortgage
program at Sydenham Community Credit Union. The program helps
non-profit groups, who rely on fundraising as part of their
income stream, a unique fundraising alternative.
When your group registers for the program, you will receive
0.50% of each Community Builder mortgage taken out by a supporter
of your group. For example, your group would receive a $1,000
honourarium on a mortgage of $200,000.
The Community Builder Mortgage is a 5-year fixed mortgage
that features a fantastic, no-haggle interest rate guaranteed
to be at least 1% below Sydenham’s posted 5-year fixes
rate mortgage. So your group receives much needed funding
and your supporters get an amazing mortgage.
